Cancel Parking

To avoid being charged for Monthly Parking if you are leaving please, let us know by cancelling your parking. Please note, Monthly Parking is on a first-come first-serve basis and if you return after cancelling you may be put on a wait list.

Report A Lost Card

If you have a Transponder Card for a gate access system and have lost it please, click the link below and fill out the online form to get a replacement. Please note, there is a $25 replacement fee for the new card.

Eagle Parking reserves the right to terminate or refuse parking to any individual for any reason it deems appropriate.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Applicants must complete the application identifying each vehicle to be used by the card The following information must be furnished for each vehicle listed: License tag number, vehicle’s make, model, year and color.
  2. A processing fee of $00 is required for the issuance of an access card. A fee of $25.00 will be invoiced for lost cards.

Conditions For Use of a Parking Card or Permit

  1. A parking card or permit authorized the holder to have only one of the vehicles listed on the application in the garage at any given
  2. Owners of more than one vehicle or members of car pools may, therefore, use a single card for more than one vehicle as long as each one has been listed and only one vehicle is parked in the garage at the

  6. Parking gate permits work on a system: one entry to one exit. Permits cannot be scanned out of the facility without being scanned in and cannot scan into the facility without being scanned out. (Example, an access card holder may not use his/her card to let someone else into or out of the facility or else the card holder will be prompted to pay a fee to exit, or will be unable to enter the garage without pulling a ticket.
  7. Failure to properly register your car or misuse of parking spaces may subject your car to booting/
  8. Long term storage of vehicles, properly registered or not, is not permitted without the prior written consent of Eagle Special Rates apply for overnight storage.
  9. This agreement regards the privilege of utilizing one parking space in the parking facility based on availability. It does NOT guarantee or reserve a parking space in the parking facility.
  10. The term of this agreement to be one month, automatically renewable each month upon the timely receipt by Eagle Parking of the prevailing fee. This agreement may be terminated by 10 days written notice by either party. Lessee will be responsible for all rental charges until cancellation date.
  11. Eagle Parking reserves the right to terminate any or all monthly parking privileges immediately without cause or liability to Patron.
  12. Lessee agrees to adhere to any and all regulations pertaining to the use of the facility. Lessee further agrees to park all vehicles in any area within the facility upon designation of Eagle Parking. Lessee will not be granted to receive any refunds due to vacation, absences or any other non-use of parking within the facility as per this agreement.

Payments on a Parking Account

  1. Payments are payable to Eagle Parking by credit card each month. Credit cards will be charged on the first business day of each month with the exception of the beginning month which will be charged the day this application is received and prorated for said month. Should payment not go through at any point, the parking agreement will be suspended/cancelled and the parker will be subject to parking enforcement and/or cancelation until payment has been received. The customer will not hold the owner or operator responsible for any expenses, damages, or otherwise associated with parking enforcement or parking.
  2. Payment for monthly parking is due on the 1stof each Payment is considered late after the 5th and card deactivation is on the 10th.

A reconnection fee of $25 will be invoiced for all cards deactivated.  If the 10th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, payments are due the prior business day.  Prorating of monthly charges will be done on a half month basis only.  Any parker with an outstanding balance after the 10th of the month may be assessed a $25 late fee. If the balance remains outstanding beyond the 15th, the parking card will be deactivated and monthly parking privileges will be terminated until payment is made. A $25 reactivation fee may be assessed in addition to the $25 late fee. Anyone having their card deactivated a total of three (3) times risks having their parking privileges terminated.

  1. Late fees will be assessed after the 10th day in default, depending upon the parking facility. Late fees consist of either $10 per vehicle on the account, or 10% of the total due, and will be reassessed each 30 days the account balance is not brought current. Balances must be brought current to reinstate parking privileges
  2. Accounts in default 60 days will be turned over to a Collections agency.
  3. A permit activation fee will be added to all new accounts, reinstated accounts, reassigned accounts, or any other time a card is assigned to a new parker, including lost, broken, or replaced cards.
  4. Refunds for parking will not be made to anyone whose parking permit has been deactivated due to nonpayment.
  5. Refunds for parking will not be made to anyone whose parking permit was not canceled, by fault of the user, prior to the billing period.
  6. All checks returned from the bank for nonpayment will be assessed a $30 service charge.
  7. If a parker believes an error has been made on his/her account, proof of payment will be required (canceled check or cash receipt). No adjustments will be made without verification.

Termination of Parking

  1. Upon termination of parking, the parking card must be returned to Eagle Parking in order to receive a card deposit (if applicable)

The tenant’s parking account must be current and paid in full and the access card must be in working condition before a refund will be issued. Credit is based on the date the card is returned to Eagle Parking.

  1. The monthly charge, regardless of payment method will be in effect until Eagle receives from parker a 10-day advanced written notice prior to the first of the month, of parker’s intent to cancel this agreement. Parker may cancel this agreement by delivering notice to Eagle via facsimile, or email, in which case parker must receive a cancellation number from Eagle, I may also cancel this agreement via certified mail
  2. The rental for a parker’s final month will be prorated on a half month basis only if a full month is not used. Parking permits turned in and cancelled by the 15th day of any month will be credited a half month. No credit for parking permits turned in after the 15th day of the month will be given.
  3. Refunds for parking will not be made to anyone whose parking permit was not canceled by fault of the account holder or permit user.
  4. Documented violations of Terms, monthly parking accounts in default, and/or validation accounts in arrears more than 30 days all qualify as grounds for termination of parking privileges and deactivation of current validations.

Parking Deck Procedures

  1. Parking at the parking facilities is for passenger vehicles only. Trailers, campers, hitches, or similar attachments are prohibited, as well as “dually” trucks are prohibited.
  2. Follow directional signs throughout all levels of the parking lot or deck. Use your parking deck access card to both enter and exit from the DO NOT TAKE A TICKET TO ENTER THE GARAGE.
  3. The parking access system will not allow “passback” or multiple, sequential entries or Access cards must be used in sequence. Only one entrance and one exit are allowed per cycle. Unlimited cycles are allowed daily.
  4. Hangtags must be displayed on the rear view mirror at all times while vehicle is on property.
  5. Overnight storage of a vehicle is not permitted without the prior consent of EAGLE
  6. Parking is not allowed in RESERVED, VISITOR, HANDICAP PARKING OR IN NO PARKING ZONES unless authorized to do
  7. PARKING IS ALLOWED BETWEEN THE LINES IN ONE SPACE PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN CROSSED OUT AREAS OR SOLID PRINTED AREAS AT STAIRWELL ENTRANCES.
  8. Any accident occurring in the garage involving damage to vehicles or personal injury should be reported to the Police (911), Building Security and the Parking Management
  9. EAGLE Parking, its respective owners, affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents and all other parties, including but not limited to this facility’s owner or landlord is not responsible for theft, damage, loss of vehicles or items contained within the vehicle while parked on the Damage or theft to any vehicle is the sole responsibility of the vehicle’s owner.

If You Forget Your Parking Permit

If a monthly parker is without a parking permit, contact Eagle Parking immediately. We will be able to help you with entry and exit. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF A TICKET IS PULLED and the standard rate is paid for by a monthly parker. Multiple infractions will not be tolerated, and any person found to be misusing their parking decal/hangtag/card will be subject to termination of parking privileges.
